The process is broken out in sequential phases – predesign, schematic design, design development, construction documents, bid management, permit coordination, and construction observation – providing a smooth and stress-free experience.
By the end of this process you will have a thoughtfully designed space that we have created together. It will meet your immediate needs, goals, and hopefully inspire a better you into the future.

I’ve had a ton of experience with various project types and sizes. Whether you intend to take on the project yourself or are just trying to understand the process before you commit, I will share everything I know to set you up for success.
This solution brings early clarity to the process, identifies potential pitfalls, and helps chart the most efficient course to execute your project.

Design Charrette
Half Day $950.00 | Full Day $1850
This solution provides timely design insight your project. Whether you’re just starting out or have hit a wall with your project, I can help solve design challenges and bring your ideas to life.
This services is either a 4-hour or 7-hour visit, depending on the size of your project. It is available as a virtual or in-person session. Long distance travel costs are not included.
Plan Check S.O.S.
Plan check is the process where a jurisdiction reviews and makes comments on your building plans to mark changes that must be made for the plans to comply with health and safety regulations. Has your project stalled here?
This can be a sticking point for many projects, leading some to simply walk away. Don’t walk away just yet!
Over my career I have navigated some of the most complex projects around, successfully obtaining approvals in some of the most difficult jurisdictions. Through this process I will review your specific situation and identify the best course of action to get your project moving again.
